1.1

CILA2S ESP 5G Dual IM/PMM

The CILA2S 5G ESP DUAL IM/PMM is an intelligent controller designed for oil wells that use electric submersible pumping. Its power and control system is compatible with IM and PMM motors, and with advanced automation and intelligent algorithms it enables continuous well performance diagnostics, production optimization, improved energy efficiency, and reduced carbon footprint.

Control Technology

Flux Oriented Control

Flux-oriented control is a closed-loop current control method that allows precise identification of rotor position in permanent magnet motors. This control is based on a mathematical model that detects and manages the generated magnetic flux, optimizing motor efficiency.

It is also indicated that this technique is especially useful in ESP systems, improving performance and operational efficiency.
